Adam Aralina Aszmira Chiefs Baskette Dal Domineekh Hezekiah Isaac

04/30/01 We are started into breeding season and bred Aszmira yesterday. She is such a sweet and willing mare. We also bred Fancy, our NSH mare, on Saturday. Her colt from this year, Uzziel, is a real show stopper so it should be interesting to see what she throws for us next year. 04/21/01 We have some exciting news. Nationally known equine photographer John Hockensmith was here yesterday to take photos of our horses! He is the official photographer for the Kentucky Derby this year and if you would like to see some of his work his web site is at www.bluegrassheritage.com He took quite a few of our stallion with the mountains in the background so who knows, some of you may have him hanging on your wall some day. This was a real honor and we will keep you all updated as to if anything goes into print. 04/13/01 We now have 2 more girls on the ground. The first was born last week and is black bay. She is so big that we have nick named her "baby moose". The second was born early this morning. The verdict is still out on color. More than likely she is gray and a pretty nice girl. Her dam is Wielka and she will be offered for sale back in foal for next year. Wielka has produced some pretty good babies for us and is priced right so check her out. 04/12/01 We have our newest colt up on the sales page for all of you to look over. His name is Uzziel. The pictures are not the best as he was only about 2 days old and glued to his mom. We will be updating them as he grows so hopefully they will get better. This guy should be a real mover as both of his parents are, so check him out. 04/02/01 We had another baby early this morning. Sorry everyone but this one stays as it is a girl, however we will be offering her mother for sale when the filly is weaned. Her dam is kid broke and has been used as a lesson and show horse for children for several years. Our son, Tory is a pretty timid rider but will ride her. He was also present for the birth and was a real trooper. It makes it all so much more fun with him there too. The next foal is just around the corner and we will keep you all posted.
