1/29/2003 I contacted a local man today about getting some of our young horses started. He comes highly recommended and we agreed that the first of March would be a good time to begin. He believes in being gentle and will work right here on the place. It is all very exciting and should be a lot of fun to watch. 1/21/2003 The weather has been unseasonably warm here so we have taken up a new project. We are leveling an area to put in a 60 foot round pen. The panels were purchased several years ago but we never got the pen up as we were unsure of where to put it. There are a few of our youngsters that are reaching the age of being started under saddle so it could not be better timing. 1/13/2003 We are starting to get things up and running again and are making some minor additions and changes to our web site. We will be adding Pharaoh's dam to our sale barn shortly. She will be priced very reasonably and has thrown black so if you are looking for a mare to produce black sporthorses for you she is worth considering. There will also be some new photos going up in the gallery of one of our 01 fillies. Thanks for all of your patience and have fun looking at our updates. 1/7/2003 We hope you have all had a wonderful holiday season. Ours was quiet and we heard from many of you who have purchased horses from us in the past. It is great to see photos of our foals as they grow and hear about how they are progressing. Several are now started under saddle and doing quite well. |
