1/15/2004 We got all of the horses wormed this last weekend and they are all looking really good. The youngsters are all growing quite well and Levi and Pharaoh are both getting tall. We have had some strange weather here with fog. Something we rarely see, so for us it is a novelty. When we were out worming we also noticed that the geese are already migrating the other direction and at one point the sky was so full of them that we could barely hear each other. It was a wonderful sight. posted by Scott at 4:35 PM 1/5/2004 We woke up Saturday morning to a beautiful white world. We got a total of about 8 inches that day and it was enough to cover everything. With the drought situation we welcome all the moisture we can get. The cold crisp air does wonders for the horses as well and even our old lady, Fancy, felt good enough to kick up her heels in it. posted by Scott at 6:06 PM
